ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ACE HR Consulting website (acemyhr.com), HR Triage Assessment tool, and any related services provided by Small Business HR Solutions, LLC ("ACE HR Consulting," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

All content on acemyhr.com and within our tools — including but not limited to the ACE methodology, Workforce Protocol™ framework, assessment questions, scoring logic, written content, branding, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Small Business HR Solutions, LLC.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.

You may print or save your personal assessment summary for your own business use only.

Assessment results are based solely on the answers you provide. We make no representation that results are complete, accurate, or applicable to your specific legal or regulatory situation.

Results should be used as a starting point for internal review and professional consultation — not as a definitive audit, legal determination, or compliance certification.


8. CONSULTING SERVICES

Any consulting services engaged beyond the free assessment tool will be governed by a separate service agreement entered into between you and Small Business HR Solutions, LLC. Those agreements will specify scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACE HR Consulting and Small Business HR Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, tools, or content — including reliance on assessment results.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our free tools and website shall not exceed $0, as these are provided at no charge.


10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACE HR Consulting, Small Business HR Solutions, LLC, and their officers, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.


11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website and tools integrate with or link to third-party services including Calendly, Google Analytics, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.


12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Rules.


14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ACE HR Consulting regarding your use of our free website and tools.
